Thank you to everyone who has enquired about the availability of our lessons. We are still waiting to introduce these again but we are still deciding on the class types and levels to introduce.

It is likely that we will do smaller class sizes and offer stand-alone sessions rather than 'blocks' as we realise that it is sometimes difficult to commit to a series of lessons.

We will continue with our popular sewing machine sales and servicing. We still love our 'vintage' machines and usually have several fully serviced models in stock. If you want good, sturdy machines that will cope with most jobs they are worth considering and come with warranties.

Tim has been sewing for over 45 years and teaching for over 10 years so is qualified to give you excellent advice on buying a sewing machine or overlocker. We have always maintained that you should be able to discuss your requirements with a real person rather than just 'buy a box' and hope you've got what you wanted!

Of course, our 2 fabric shops remain open - do please check our websites for opening hours and days as they differ between stores and we have had to change opening hours in our furnishing store to cater for appointment customers, for example.
